This mentorship is designed for that moment.​

Over twelve weeks, we work together to help you move through three key shifts.

From frustration and drifting → to clear direction and decisive action
You stop circling in your head and start moving your life in a direction that actually feels right.

Instead of endlessly analysing, you learn to feel what is true and act from that place.

This is not a rigid programme.

It is a mentorship container where we work directly with what is alive in your life.

Over the three months, you receive:

1:1 sessions
​
Every 2–3 weeks, we meet for a private session (online or in person).
​
In these sessions, we may work with:

breathwork

emotional integration

relationship dynamics

decision making and direction

masculine boundaries and leadership

The work is practical and grounded in the body, not only in conversation.

Ongoing support
Between sessions, you can reach me via WhatsApp.
This allows us to:

clarify situations as they arise

adjust practices

keep momentum in your process
You are not left alone between sessions.

Practices and exercises
You will receive simple but powerful practices to integrate the work into daily life.

These may include:
