A 12-Week 1:1 Mentorship for Men

Over twelve weeks, we work together to help you move through three key shifts.

This is not a rigid programme.

It is a mentorship container where we work directly with what is alive in your life.

Over the three months, you receive:

​

1:1 sessions
​

Every 2–3 weeks, we meet for a private session (online or in person).

​

In these sessions, we may work with:

  • body-based therapy

  • breathwork

  • emotional integration

  • relationship dynamics

  • decision making and direction

  • masculine boundaries and leadership

​

The work is practical and grounded in the body, not only in conversation.

  • clarify situations as they arise

  • adjust practices

You are not left alone between sessions.

Practices and exercises

 

You will receive simple but powerful practices to integrate the work into daily life.

​

These may include:

  • grounding and embodiment exercises

  • communication practices

  • boundary work

  • reflection questions

  • relational experiments

 

The goal is not insight alone.
The goal is real change in how you live.

You do not need to have everything figured out.

But you do need to be willing to look honestly at yourself and do the work.
