Three months gives us enough time to do more than talk. We can identify patterns, work with them in real life, and build something more solid in the way you lead your life.

How we work together

This is not a rigid program.

It is a mentorship container where we work directly and intensively for three months with what is alive in your life.

I will be by your side for the full period, with full dedication.

What is included

Private sessions

Every 2 - 3 weeks

Meet every 2 to 3 weeks online or in person. We work directly with what is happening in your life. There is a minimum of 6 sessions.

Direct support between sessions

WhatsApp or phone

WhatsApp access for clarity, support, and momentum while real life unfolds. This will be continuous with a reasonable response time.

Meet your peers

Because I work with up to 8 men at a time, there may also be opportunities to connect with other men doing this work.

The arc over 3 months

 

Phase 1: Clarity and awareness

Understand your patterns, where you are stuck, and what needs to change.

 

Phase 2: Embodiment and disruption

Work directly with emotional patterns, boundaries, and behaviour.

 

Phase 3: Direction and integration

Make decisions, take action, and stabilise new ways of living.

Who

Who this is for

This mentorship is for men who recognise themselves in at least some of the following:

  • You feel capable but frustrated with where your life is going

  • You spend too much time in your head

  • You feel disconnected from your body or life energy

  • You struggle to make clear decisions

  • You find yourself reacting in relationships instead of leading calmly

  • You sense there is more in you, but you are not fully living it

You do not need to have everything figured out.

But you do need to be willing to look honestly at yourself and do the work.

The Structure

Duration - 3 months

Sessions - Minimum six private sessions every 2–3 weeks

Support - WhatsApp access during the mentorship

Investment - £1,750

Payment plans are available.

By the end of 3 months, you will have greater clarity about your direction, a stronger connection to your body, and the ability to act with more confidence and authority in your life.
