Breathwork

This is simple, direct work. You breathe, and things start to move.

Breathing with Brothers is a space for men who are done staying in their head and want to feel what is actually going on inside. We use a continuous, connected breath to calm the nervous system, release tension, and bring up what’s been pushed down.

No complicated techniques. Just breathing in a steady rhythm.

​

It cuts through overthinking. It loosens what your body has been holding. It brings up emotion, sensation, and clarity. Most men feel more present, more open, and more like themselves afterwards.

​

The space is grounded. No judgement. No pressure to perform. You meet whatever shows up.

​

We mainly work with Conscious Connected Breathwork. This means you are guided throughout. The intensity stays workable. You stay in your body.

​

We also draw from Holotropic Breathwork. This goes deeper into altered states, with less guidance and more space for your system to unfold.

What does a session look like

A session lasts 2 hours. Small group. up to 5 men.

​

We start with a check-in. No long stories. Just what’s real for you right now.

​

Then we breathe. About 45 minutes. Continuous, connected breathing.

This is where things shift. Tension releases. Emotions come up. Insight lands.

​

After that, we sit together.
You share if you want. No fixing. No advice. Just being seen and heard.

​

We close by grounding. Bringing you back into your body so you leave clear, steady, and connected.

​
