About the event

Our father has a significant influence on the person we are and on the life, we live as men.

Our father is our first example of what it is to be a man, our first role model. He provided us with his values and beliefs on which we build our lives. His qualities and shadows are to be found to some extent within ourselves. Wherever we judge and exclude our father, we judge and exclude those parts in us, and we project our father onto others around us.

During this one-day workshop, we will find ways to look at the relationship with our father from different perspectives; how it used to be, how it is now, and how we would like it to be. We will gently look at the place our father has in our hearts and honor the moments, longings, and/or shortcomings we experience being his son. We can take responsibility for who we have been in that relationship, heal the pain and celebrate the joy. If it feels right for you, you can take some steps to change that relationship.

Together we can build a space to support each other in claiming our place in our ancestral line. Feel where we can hold ourselves where we weren’t held or supported during childhood.

Join me in this powerful workshop. Whether your father is alive or no longer with you, this workshop can bring you further into freedom!

Investment for this day is £65, and only eight places are available.
