About the event
Our father has a significant influence on the person we are and on the life, we live as men.
Our father is our first example of what it is to be a man, our first role model. He provided us with his values and beliefs on which we build our lives. His qualities and shadows are to be found to some extent within ourselves. Wherever we judge and exclude our father, we judge and exclude those parts in us, and we project our father onto others around us.
During this one-day workshop, we will find ways to look at the relationship with our father from different perspectives; how it used to be, how it is now, and how we would like it to be. We will gently look at the place our father has in our hearts and honor the moments, longings, and/or shortcomings we experience being his son. We…
