To nourish your body, we have an excellent chef who will prepare delicious, wholesome vegetarian meals throughout the retreat, ensuring that your physical well-being is as cared for as your spiritual journey.

Following the weekend, we plan to establish a collective space where we can provide mutual support or, if preferred, help one another stay committed to the goals we've set for ourselves.
Retreat participants get a 1:1 30-minute online video intake session to explain the day, take the pulse, identify motivation, triggers and emotions, and start the pre-work (homework) for the retreat.
We send an email the week prior to the event, providing comprehensive information, including dietary guidance aimed at promoting mindful eating and preparing the body and mind for this retreat.
We meet at a beautiful and unique space in nature, surrounded by green pastures. This event is held in a residential community venue close to Brighton and easily accessible by public transport and car from London.
As part of the package, you get all the necessities, two overnight stays in a double bedroom or twin room.
In addition to these beautiful inside spaces, the venue has large and beautiful nature spaces. This allows you to fully process the retreat weekend in a safe and comfortable way.

Our experienced team is there to assist you in this ceremony, to hold space over the retreat, and to create a safe container with the support of a mental health professional. We work with music, creativity, and other experiential tools and practices.
Dirk Plas is a multifaceted man passionate about holistic well-being and personal growth. For over a decade, he has guided individuals on their journey toward self-discovery and personal transformation as a certified Integral Coach and Body Psychotherapist. He helps clients explore the intricate connection between mind and body, fostering greater self-awareness and healing. As a certified Authentic Relating Facilitator, he fosters genuine and meaningful relationships among individuals. He specializes in breathwork, understanding the profound impact of conscious breathing on emotional and physical well-being.
Nayma Genin has passionately practiced and led Circling and Authentic Relating Games for over four years in France and England and has trained and graduated from the SAS Circling & Surrendered Leadership with Circling Europe. In her past life, she was a teacher for foreigners in various contexts. She recently returned to the University to study for a Master of Psychology and became an informed mental health practitioner exploring different pathways for holistic well-being. Three words that define her are Curiosity, Silence, and Boldness.
The retreat spans over a duration of 2.5 days.
