About the event

What do you do when you wake up in the morning and don't find the energy to undertake anything? Would you drink a few coffee or an energy drink? Do you choose to stay in bed and pull the duvet over your eyes? Or will you do some exercises to energise?

Energy means life and we do want to get the most out of that, right? So let's not waste time and let's find that energy!

There are so many ways to energise parts of our body. Different energies like: Kundalini, life energy, sexual energy, but also joy, anger and inner power. Let's explore some different ways to energise ourselves.

This workshop provides different ways to give ourselves more energy.

We will explorethe effects of:

  • Chi Quong
  • Shaking
  • Breathwork/meditation
  • Body movements
  • Dance
  • Expression

All different methods energise different parts of our bodies or trigger different kinds of energy. You will experience so many joyful ways to go through the day and definitely go home full of energy!

Come whenever you need some energy, when you want to get most out of life!

The location is a 5 min walk from Highgate tube station into Queens Wood.


10:30 Walk-in, coffee and tea 

11:00 Doors closed, morning session 

12:15-12:30 Tea break 

13:45 Lunch break, integration 

15:00 Afternoon session 

16:15-16:30 Tea break 

17:45 Closure

Coffee, tea and healthy snacks are provided.

 Please take your own lunch, or have lunch in a local cafe.

Investment is £65,- (Please find me if you are struggling with finances)

Your ticket is confirmed once payment is received.
