About the event
For me, grounding means reconnecting my body, heart and mind. It means to feel my body and bring my energy and awareness to all parts of my body. Especially the lower parts, to create my stable base. Grounding means creating focus and presence, creating a container to hold whatever is alive in me.
Grounding seems to be more and more necessary in a world where the focus on spiritual growth increases, where people have more intense emotional experiences, where more of our qualities are needed in our relationships, where we do not automatically connect to nature anymore and where leadership seems to fade into competition, bureaucracy and poor politics.
In this workshop, you will be able to get more awareness on your own grounding, we will explore the importance of grounding in your personal life, and you will physically experience what it is like to be more grounded.
At the end of the day, you will go home with tools on how to ground yourself in a situation where you feel you need more stability, focus, presence or connection to yourself and others.
