Authentic relating games - full day

Authentic relating offers different proven games to explore all aspects of being human in connection to other humans. 

This workshop is the perfect space to discover more of yourself in relationships. It will give you the tools to have better relationships, and deeper connections and to get more out of life.

The theme of today is vulnerability. 

Discover the power of vulnerability, how vulnerability contributes to deeper intimacy and how it can open a true connection from heart to heart. What does it take for you to be vulnerable, or how do you experience someone else being vulnerable? What's it like to give people a sneak preview of you behind your mask? Come, join and experience.

It might feel edgy, but the intention is to create a space together where we can follow the flow of the group, have fun together, meet and be met and experience real connections. Usually, people close the day with a true feeling of fulfilment, like they feel they know each other already for years. It's truly amazing!

At the end of the day, you will go home with a set of tools and exercises to build better relationships or to maintain your current connections and bring them to a deeper level of intimacy.

The workshop is open to experienced people as well as people new to authentic relating.

The location is a 5 min walk from Highgate tube station into Queens Wood.

Program:

10:30 Walk-in, coffee and tea 

11:00 Doors closed, morning session 

12:15-12:30 Tea break 

13:45 Lunch break, integration 

15:00 Afternoon session 

16:15-16:30 Tea break 

17:45 Closure

Coffee, tea and healthy snacks are provided.

 Please take your own lunch, or have lunch in a local cafe.
