It’s that time of year again when most of us are starting to make plans to go home and visit our families for Christmas. On one hand, you might be looking forward to mum or dad’s home-cooked Christmas dinner and giving and receiving presents. On the other hand, you might be dreading the trigger potential of those old family patterns playing out, AGAIN!
Come and join Alexandra and me for a day of connection. We will be curiously exploring ourselves and our connection with others during this day of Authentic Relating Games. The games will bring humour and depth and will help you learn more about yourself and how you relate to friends, family, romantic partners, work colleagues or even the person in the café who served you the wrong coffee.
