Authentic relating and circling

You would be welcome to join this event to play and practise authentic relating games exploring human connection in all its forms.... the fun, the depth, the joy, the yes, the no, all is welcome!

For who is this event? 

This event is for anyone who would like to get a taste of the joy and skills of interpersonal connection and have fun in a supportive environment with like-minded people. Those new to the practice are very welcome, as are those with more experience. 

What can you expect from the evening? 

An experience of authentic relating games which have been extensively tested... and can be fun and deep! An opportunity to connect with yourself and others in a co-created space through small practices and games.

An experience of focus or flow circling, which is more organic and very connecting. Circling a meditative practice to meet each other exactly where and as we are.
