Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATIONS FOR FREE CONSULTS Please cancel or re-schedule a free consult at least 24 hours in advance. FIRST SESSION CANCELLATIONS You will be invoiced the full appointment fee if you cancel or reschedule with less than 72 hour’s notice or fail to attend. ON-GOING THERAPY APPOINTMENT CANCELLATIONS On-going therapy occurs on an agreed day and time each week (unless agreed otherwise), this space is reserved for you. To make this possible and to maintain the consistency of your appointments for the duration of our work together, payment is due for all sessions. You will be invoiced for sessions you do not attend through illness, travel or other commitments, unless cancelled with a 72 hour's notice. Sessions cancelled by myself will not be charged. MINI RETREAT CANCELLATIONS The deposit for a (mini) retreat is non-refundable. However, it will be transferred if the retreat is re-scheduled with a week's notice. The remaining balance of the retreat is refundable up to a week before the session. GROUPS SESSIONS For cancellation of group sessions, reference is made to the terms and conditions on the quotation.
