My work is direct, practical, and body-based.

Most men try to solve their lives by thinking harder.

But the real drivers of your reactions, decisions, and relationships often sit deeper in the body.

In our work, we uncover where tension, suppressed anger, and old patterns keep you stuck. Instead of avoiding them, we bring them into the open and work through them constructively.

We also challenge the beliefs that quietly shape your life. Ideas like having to carry everything alone, always being strong, or never showing doubt.

Clarity session

Sometimes you simply need space to think clearly.

A Clarity Session is a single 1-hour session to explore a specific situation in your life.

Men often bring topics such as:

  • feeling stuck or frustrated

  • relationship or communication issues

  • important life or work decisions

  • a sense of drifting or low energy

 

Together we slow down, look at what is really happening, and clarify the next step.​

For some men, this is enough.
For others, it becomes the starting point for deeper work.

Anger session

In this 2.5-hour guided process, we explore anger as a natural force and a signal of boundaries.

The session includes grounding, body awareness, safe expression of anger, and integration.

The goal is not aggression, but clean anger: the kind that creates clarity, strength, and healthy boundaries.

For many men this process unlocks energy and direction.

About me...

For many years, I lived mostly in my head. I functioned well and did what was expected, but something deeper in me felt flat.

A turning point came when I encountered body-oriented therapy and breathwork. For the first time, I experienced how much emotion, energy, and truth the body carries. That experience changed the direction of my life.

Today, I work as a body-oriented mentor for men. I help them reconnect with their bodies, clear emotional blocks, and regain clarity, confidence, and direction in their lives and relationships.

My work draws on Core Energetics, breathwork, and grounded coaching. It is direct, practical, and focused on real change.
