Returning Home is a series of five interactive webinars to explore, clarify, and embody the essential aspects of integrated masculinity.


What’s pulling you away from the life you want?


In this second gathering, we’ll dive into the topic of distractions — the things that quietly pull us off track.


Life today is full of them. Streaming shows, fast food, scrolling on your phone, porn, alcohol — but also more subtle ones, like overspending, chasing status, or getting stuck in unhealthy sexual patterns. These distractions aren’t always obvious, but they have a way of eating up time, energy, and money — keeping us from what really matters.


So, what are your distractions? What are the habits or behaviours that numb you or pull you away from the man you want to be — in your work, relationships, finances, and sexuality?


This isn’t about blame or guilt. It’s about getting honest with yourself…
